Limited Product Warranty

HerdDogg warrants to the original purchaser that our DogTagg, DogBone, and DoggHouse products (“HerdDogg Products”) shall be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials under ordinary and proper use for six (6) months from the date of receipt (the “Limited Product Warranty”). This Limited Product Warranty shall not apply to HerdDogg Product defects caused by (i) improper care or handling, (ii) unauthorized modifications, (iii) unauthorized attempts to repair, (iv) abuse, damage, or alteration by a party other than HerdDogg,  (v) elements external to the HerdDogg Product, including without limitation, damage by fire, accident, or other hazard, (vi) use of the HerdDogg Products with accessories, products, services or software applications not expressly approved or provided by HerdDogg, (vii) freight damage, or (viii) any other causes which are outside the scope of this Limited Product Warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, THE HERDDOGG PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HERDDOGG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE HERDDOGG PRODUCTS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, HERDDOGG SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH PURPOSE), NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.  HERDDOGG DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY RESULTS. THE HERDDOGG PRODUCTS OPERATE UNDER FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION RULES FOR LOW POWER, UNLICENSED DEVICES AND, UNDER THOSE RULES, ARE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT INTERFERENCE FROM OTHER DEVICES.  THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE HERDDOGG PRODUCTS WILL OPERATE FREE OF INTERFERENCE FROM OTHER DEVICES SHARING THE RADIO BANDS USED BY THE HERDDOGG PRODUCTS, OR THAT ANY TRANSMISSIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service under this Limited Product Warranty, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer support team by emailing [email protected], or calling 833-437-3364, and notifying us of any alleged defect promptly upon discovering such alleged defect (but in any event before the expiration of the applicable Limited Product Warranty period). You shall ship the HerdDogg Product, together with proof of purchase, to 258 A St., #1-474, Ashland, OR 97520.  You agree to pay the cost of shipping the HerdDogg Product to us.  If, to HerdDogg’s reasonable satisfaction, the claim is justified based on this Limited Product Warranty, your sole and exclusive remedy, and HerdDogg’s sole and exclusive obligation, is to require us, at our option, to repair or replace the defective HerdDogg Products. In such cases, we shall bear the cost of shipping a repaired or replacement HerdDogg Product to you.  Any HerdDogg Product returned to us without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected and returned at your cost (subject to prepayment), with no further liability or obligation to you.  Please contact customer support at [email protected], or 833-437-3364 with any questions on obtaining warranty service.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected], with receipt of the cancellation confirmed prior to shipment.

Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your HerdDogg Product, we will refund the purchase price of any eligible item you return. To return your HerdDogg Product, you must call or contact customer support at [email protected], or 833-437-3364 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you must return the product within 10 days of the date of receipt. You must have a RMA number or the return will not be accepted.   We accept returns of any unused, undamaged HerdDogg Products purchased directly from The Grange (within our mobile App), or from https://herddogg.com/shop, except that Starter Kits are non-returnable once the order is shipped. Once we receive your return, you will get a full refund, less your shipping charges. Should you desire to return unused, undamaged HerdDogg Products for any reason other than a warranty matter more than 10 days after the date of receipt, please contact customer support to determine if HerdDogg will accept the desired return.  All returns of this nature are subject to HerdDogg’s sole discretion, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was originally charged. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a UPS label by email.
